About me

I am Ester Ferrari and I live in Torino, north of Italy.

I have a second university degree in Organizational Psychology and a Phd in Ergonomics.

My research interests lie in the field of ergonomics and human factors. Over the past few years I have been involved in many projects, always adopting a user-centred design perspective.

I have conducted several studies in different fields, from psychology, to human-computer-interaction, human-robot-interaction, HR development, collective competencies, cognitive ergonomics and usability.

I've worked in Italy and in the United Kingdom. My work with people from different backgrounds have helped me understand the importance of being able to listen actively.

Other than this I love life and I am a very curious human.
